Services

Clients/customers are required to sign the Vagabond Audio Service Agreement prior to completing a Pedalboard Build or Rack Build. Following a client-signed Service Agreement, a non-refundable deposit of fifty (50) percent is required. The remaining fifty (50) percent balance is required upon completion of the Pedalboard Build or Rack Build. 

Clients/customers are subject to additional charges as necessary to complete the work requested by the client (i.e., pedal additions, changes to the work requested, or oversight correction). Pedalboard Builds and Rack Builds are not to be cancelled once the non-refundable deposit is paid. If a Pedalboard Build or Rack Build is cancelled prior to completion, the initial non-refundable deposit is considered forfeited.

 

Shipping​ Policy

All 'In stock' items will ship within 48 hours. However, many of our products are made to order and customized. Please contact us prior to purchase for current lead times on various products. Please note that the shipping rates for many items are based on a combination of weight and the dimensions of the box it ships in. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Pedalboard Builds and Rack Builds are subject to return shipping charges, which are calculated after the setup has been completed and boxed up. These applicable shipping charges, and any applicable import fees, taxes, VAT, etc. are the responsibility of the client. 

 

Payment​ Plans

Vagabond Audio has payment plans available for those who are unable to pay the up-front cost of a pedalboard build. These payment plans are subject to an added fee, payable by the client. The specific details of the available payment plans will be disclosed in the Service Agreement provided to the client. If utilizing a payment plan, Vagabond Audio will not render services until invoice amount is paid in full. 

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been placed. All standard non-Vagabond Audio brand products have a 14 day return policy. Refunds for items returned will not include shipping charges paid. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping, unless the return is due to the fault of Vagabond Audio. 

To be eligible for a return, The item must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging. You’ll need the provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

All standard Vagabond Audio brand made-to-order/customized product sales are FINAL. Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed. Orders may have changes made to them if it does not alter work that has already been performed. Changes to orders are subject additional cost to the buyer.

Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned upon receiving the item. Vagabond Audio may refuse a refund should events fall under the above circumstances.

Vagabond Audio does not accept returns on sale items.

 

Liability/Warranty

Vagabond Audio assumes liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged property of the client once in our facility and in our possession. Vagabond Audio assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property of the client while in transit by any shipping company. It is highly encouraged that the client purchase shipping insurance through client's choice of shipping carrier, and, if damage occurs, file any applicable claims with the shipping company for any lost, stolen, or damaged property of the client while in transit.​

All Pedalboard Builds and Rack Builds are backed by a 90-day Limited Warranty. If any cables, junction boxes/patch bays, or other works assembled by Vagabond Audio fail or become damaged by no fault of the client, Vagabond Audio will repair or replace the item, at our discretion. Client must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If any cables, junction boxes/patch bays, or other works assembled by Vagabond Audio fail or become damaged by fault of the client, directly or indirectly, Vagabond Audio is not responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the item.
